Teesside Park

Located just off the A66, Teesside Park is the go-to local place for all things fun, food and fashion! Segmented into three key areas, the park incorporates a shopping district, food court and a whole host of leisure facilities! From bowling and arcades to shopping and food, there’s something at Teesside Leisure Park to suit everyone’s needs.

(Fun Fact: Teesside Park is built on what was Stockton Racecourse, and the circular layout of the shopping park still reflects the outline of a race track!)

The shopping district is full of your most-loved high street shops, including Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Currys PC World, Footasylum, Boots, H&M and JD Sports, just to name a few. You can find the full range of shops here.

Once you’ve ‘shopped till you’ve dropped’, Teesside Park also offers a vast range of classic eateries. From TGI’s and Frankie and Bennies to Chiquitos and even a ‘cheeky Nandos’ – there’s something on the park to suit everybody’s taste buds. What’s more, is that the food court is just a stone’s throw away from the shops, so you haven’t got far to carry all those bags!

(Top Secret: As if the food court wasn’t enough, planning permission has JUST been granted to build new units amongst the shops, bringing the food even closer!)

Finally, the leisure facilities. On one hand, we have Hollywood Bowl- the UK’s best ten pin bowling alley experience (book a lane online here). Then on the other, there’s Showcase Cinema that offers all of the latest must-see films! Teesside Park is truly full of things to keep the little ones entertained over the summer holidays!

However, it must be said that in comparison to larger retail centers, Teesside Park can seem a little on the small side. However, with over 50 outlets to choose from, I think the compactness adds a relaxed and convenient element. Plus, let’s be honest- who likes trekking 5 miles, laden with bags just to get from one shoe shop to another?

(Handy Hint: With plenty of free parking located right in the center of the shops, you’ll never be stuck searching for a spot!)

So, whether you’re after some retail therapy, a bite to eat or a fun-filled day out… or even all three, why not pop over to Teesside Park!
